Engine 3.0 Diesel V6 Reconditioned - Code 306DT

Engine compatible with all models equipped with the 3.0 Diesel V6, twin-turbo V6 engine, manufactured between 2009 and 2014:

Technical Description:

The engine is completely rebuilt with new parts and delivered without accessories.

✔️ Checked engine block : cylindricity + coaxiality + concentricity (cams + bearing line)

✔️ Engine timing on point, pulse ring on point.

✔️ New parts replaced (tightened to STD torque):

• OE Crankshaft

• OE bearings colour matched to vilbrochen (just like original factory)

• OE connecting rods

• OE oil pump

• OE tensioning chains

• VR cylinder head gasket

• Front and rear bearing seals

• Complete set 24 bolts + rocker arms

• Engine timing kit

• Pistons with rings

Warranty and delivery:

• Warranty: 700€ (applies only if the old engine is not offered for exchange or is broken)

• Delivery: the engine is professionally packed, in a wooden box on pallet, and will be unloaded from the lorry directly into the customer's yard.

Engine accessories usually do not break down with the engine, and they remain to be fitted back from the old car engine.

Examples of engine accessories : Intake manifold, injectors, high-pressure pump, alternator, power steering pump, air conditioning compressor, thermostat, , cooling pipes, EGR etc.
