There are several versions and specifications of the 3.0-litre V6 diesel engine used across Land Rover and Jaguar models. We will verify compatibility with your vehicle before dispatch to help ensure that you receive the correct engine.

OEM-QUALITY REMANUFACTURED Engine

This engine is supplied fully assembled and ready for installation, including both cylinder heads, with the engine timing correctly set and phased.

Unlike a standard reconditioned engine, this OEM-quality remanufactured engine is completely disassembled, professionally inspected and rebuilt using predominantly OEM components, together with selected high-quality aftermarket components where specified, and precision measurement procedures.

The engine is assembled to OEM-quality standards for the essential engine components, following factory specifications, engineering procedures and correct tightening procedures.

New Components Included

The following new components are fitted and assembled in the engine:

• 6 × new AF pistons with new piston rings

• 6 × new OEM connecting rods

• New OEM crankshaft

• New OEM main and connecting-rod bearings, individually paired to each crankshaft journal

• New OEM oil pump

• 2 × new OEM camshaft chains and tensioners

• 24 × new AF tappets and rocker arms

• New AF front and rear main oil seals

• New AF engine timing system

• New timing/impulse ring, correctly phased

Both cylinder heads are included and the engine is supplied fully assembled and ready for installation.

Precision Measurement & Engine Matching

Before assembly, critical engine components undergo precision measurement in our specialist engine laboratory.

The components are checked for:

• Diameter

• Cylindricity

• Roundness

• Coaxiality

• Hardness

Our laboratory is continuously climate-controlled at 20°C and equipped with a Mitutoyo STRATO-ACTIVE Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), providing measurement accuracy down to approximately 1.2 microns.

This level of measurement allows critical engine components to be professionally inspected and matched according to their actual measured dimensions before assembly.

For long-term reliability, the crankshaft, main bearings and connecting rods are precisely matched, with the correct colour-coded bearing grade selected for each individual crankshaft journal according to the measured tolerances.

Price & Exchange Engine / Core Deposit

The advertised price includes the old defective engine as an exchange unit.

Alternatively, an additional €1500 refundable core deposit can be paid until the old engine is returned to us.

The deposit is refundable once the old engine is returned and meets the applicable core-return conditions.

Core-return condition: the engine block must not be cracked or have a hole in it.

Delivery & Availability

Typical delivery time: 2–3 working days within mainland Europe.

The engine is securely prepared for transport and shipped on a pallet directly to the customer's address.

Alternatively, the engine can be supplied and installed directly at our workshop.
