There are different versions and specifications of the 2.0-litre diesel engine used across Land Rover / Jaguar models. We will verify compatibility with your vehicle before dispatch to help ensure that you receive the correct engine.

Engine Specification

This is a fully reconditioned 204DTD engine, professionally rebuilt using new internal components.

The engine is supplied with the following new components:

• Pistons with piston rings x 4
• Steel cylinder liners x 4
• Forged connecting rods x4
• New STD forged crankshaft
• Main bearings and big-end bearings
• Genuine engine oil pump
• Complete genuine timing kit with variable valve timing unit
• Full set of gaskets

The cylinder head is fully reconditioned, including:

• New tappets
• New rocker arms

Precision Inspection & Reconditioning

Critical engine components are professionally inspected and measured in our specialist F1 Engine Laboratory.

Components are measured using our Mitutoyo STRATO-ACTIVE Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), providing measurement accuracy down to 1.2 microns.

The engine is professionally rebuilt and prepared to provide new aftermarket engine quality, combining new internal components with precision engineering and professional assembly procedures.

Exchange Engine / Core Deposit

The advertised engine price includes the exchange discount for your old engine.

A €1,000 refundable core deposit is required until the old engine is returned to us.

The deposit is refunded once your old engine is returned to us and meets the applicable core-return conditions. (block must not be cracked / smashed)

The engine is securely packed in a wooden shipping crate and fixed to a pallet for safe transportation.

Professional Installation
