• Engine shortblock checked for cylindricity , coaxiality and plane (liners+ bearing line)
• Parts dismantled, cleaned and inspected in detail

• Compression, crack test and cylinder head valve seals

• Engine block has been remanufactured on 

  at least one cylinder (because usually after 150,000 km the first liner is worn beyond the limit)

🆕 New parts replaced:

• Cylinder head gasket & timing gasket

• Crankshaft Oil Seal -front and rear

• Siliconized and resealed timing cover
