By using this website you agree to the terms and conditions below. We recommend that you read them carefully. S.C. LAND ROVER YARD S.R.L. assumes the right to modify these provisions without further notice. The latest version can be accessed on this page.

Your access/visitation of this website is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use, and implies your explicit acceptance of them and represents the understanding between the parties.

  • Definitions

Company - By company is meant the owner of the website and the company with the name Land Rover Yard SRL registered with the Trade Register using the Unique Identification Code CUI 37069779 and having its registered office in Romania, in the town of Roman, Neamț County, at 4 Tirului Street, Depozitul NT80 Incinta Unisem SA Hala c2.

User - The User is any person who accesses any of the company's web pages available on the website https://lryard.ro/ and who places an order or whose visit is of an informative nature.

Consumer/Buyer - Consumers or buyers are natural or legal persons who order a product or service through https://lryard.ro/. Consumers/buyers are also those who place an order by telephone, by email or by any other means of contact, both of the goods and products present on any page of the site, and when ordering.

Website - The Website is the present page https://shop.lryard.ro/ with all its categories, subcategories and sections.

Order/Sale - The order/sales process is the request to reserve and/or honour a transaction for the purchase of a product or service for delivery by the company to the consumer.

Sale - The selling process is the actual allocation of goods and/or services by the company to a natural or legal person called "Consumer".

Product - Any good commercialised or made available to customers and potential consumers.

Contract - The legal form in which the purchase of goods and/or services by the consumer is evidenced.

Payment - The remittance of monies to the supplier (Land Rover Yard) in any form made available by the consumer as a result of the services provided or goods ordered.

Return - The ability for any customer/consumer to return goods received as a result of an order.

Delivery - The transfer of goods from the company to the consumer by the forms available.

Warranty - The term within which the consumer can request the company to repair the part purchased through the website or replace it depending on the nature of the situation, i.e. to solve problems arising from the assembly and repair services.

  • Conditions of use

S.C. LAND ROVER YARD S.R.L. guarantees the user limited access to the lryard.ro website for personal use (placing orders online, information, etc.) and does not grant the user the right to download or partially or fully modify the website, to partially or fully reproduce the website, to copy, sell/ resell or exploit the website in any other manner, for commercial purposes or without its prior written consent.

The entire content of the lryard.ro website - images, texts, graphics, symbols, web graphics, emails, scripts, programmes and other data - is the property of S.C. LAND ROVER YARD S.R.L and its suppliers and is protected by the Law for the protection of copyright (Law no. 8/1996) and by the laws on intellectual and industrial property. The use without the consent of S.C. LAND ROVER YARD S.R.L. of any of the elements listed above is punishable under the legislation in force.

The domain lryard.ro is owned by S.C. LAND ROVER YARD S.R.L. The use of this trademark, its domain, trade names, logos and emblems, in direct or "hidden" form (such as, but not limited to, meta tags or other indexing techniques, web search) without prior written permission is prohibited and punishable by law.

The products presented on lryard.ro are commercialised by S.C. LAND ROVER YARD S.R.L. The prices of the products are subject to change at any time. Check the final sale price before purchasing a product.

  • Legal framework

The relationship between the parties is governed by the following legislation:

  • GEO No 21/1992 on consumer protection;
  • GEO No 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals;
  • Law No 363/2007 on combating unfair practices by traders in relation to consumers and harmonisation of regulations with European consumer protection legislation;
  • Law No 365/2002 on e-commerce;
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data;
  • Law No. 190/2018 on measures implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

  1. Commercialisation of products and services

The commercialisation of lryard.ro products and services is carried out with the following conditions in mind.

  • Commercialisation of products

Any natural or legal person has the possibility to order one or more original, new, aftermarket or second hand (from dismantling) car parts available in the car parts catalogue on lryard.ro. Consumers can pick them up at the company's headquarters in Roman, Str Tirului nr 4, Neamț county, either through its own delivery service or fast courier.

  • Commercialisation of services

Land Rover Yard services including car diagnostics, repair and maintenance services, etc. are offered exclusively at the workshop located in Neamț County, Roman municipality, at Str. Tirului nr. 4. The services can be requested by prior appointment using the contact details available on lryard.ro, in the "Service" section.

  • Prices and stocks

All available product stocks are displayed on the lryard.co.uk , shop.lryard.co.uk pages and in its categories. Parts stocks are updated every 24 hours and 99.99%, taking into account the parts needs that our own car service consumes. Parts ordered on the site until 15:00 of the same working day will be delivered the same day from our warehouse. We also offer also the possibility to provide customised car parts to customers who request it.

  • Conditions of sale

As soon as a person adds one or more products to the shopping basket and finalises the transaction by filling in the form with personal data through which the order will be further processed by Land Rover Yard employees and then the invoicing and delivery process, the company is considered to have sold that product.

An order shall be deemed to be finalised upon payment by the available payment methods. For products added to the shopping basket that have not been paid for, there is no opportunity to reserve the products and the order is not considered to be completed.

  • Delivery conditions

The delivery of products or goods is currently made exclusively to cities in Romania, other than that of services which is not included in this section, can be realised in the following ways:

  • Personal collection free of charge from the company's premises;
  • Delivery by courier within 24-48 hours for products in stock at the time of placing the order. The transport fee is 30 lei regardless of the location to which the products are delivered. For orders over 500 lei, delivery is free. The customer must take into account that the delivery term may be extended in exceptional situations that are not influenced by our company, for example, during holidays and legal holidays, as well as in case of natural disasters, Black Friday or other force majeure situations.

  • Cancellation / return policy

Orders placed on the lryard.ro website can be cancelled up to the time of processing. If the order has been packed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests can be made by phone, email or any other form of contact available on the website.

Parts can be returned within 14 days of the order invoice date regardless of the reason for doing so. Simple returns can be made by completing the returns form and then submitting it to garantii@lryard.ro

The customer, however, has the option to return the products within a total of 90 days from the invoice of the order. The company charges a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the part(s) returned after the 14-day period, with the return carriage being paid by the buyer. A 15% restocking fee is also charged when the part was ordered by telephone in error , due to the fault of the buyer.

Warranty claims are processed within 5-30 days and require a warranty form to be completed and submitted on garantii@lryard.ro.

  1. Warranty

Car parts ordered by customers are covered by warranty which is granted as follows:

  • Reusable / SH parts have a warranty period of 12 months;
  • New aftermarket parts have a warranty period of 12 months;
  • Original parts have a 24-month warranty.

Under the warranty, defective parts within the warranty period are replaced or repaired within 14 days at no extra cost to the customer except in the cases set out in paragraph 3.1.

The request for the granting of a warranty will be made by notification to the email address garantii@lryard.ro attaching the warranty form and the following documents:

  • The authorised service finding note
  • Diagnosis before fitting the part and after its failure (diagnosis in authentic form including chassis serial number, date and number of kilometres covered)
  • RAR authorised service estimate
  • Invoice for fitting + proof of payment

(3.1) The following are exempt from the warranty:

  • Lack of assembly of the part in an authorised RAR service in the area in which the assembly of the part is carried out or the use of unsuitable tools and/or devices (not complying with the manufacturer's technology and SDV-working techniques).
  • Failure to provide the customer with the information necessary to grant the warranty.
  • The failure of the part as a result of incorrect assembly or association with other worn, defective or modified car parts.
  • Defects caused by improper maintenance (including servicing) as recommended by the car manufacturer.
  • The part shows signs of dents, dents, bends, tears, deformation, etc.
  • Use of the part for other purposes or on other vehicles than those recommended for fitment by the manufacturer.
  • The part has either been fitted to a vehicle for a purpose not authorised by the manufacturer, or it has been used in an inappropriate manner (e.g. exceeding the permissible loading gauge, sports competitions, towing or robot starting, rallying, mechanical/technical modifications, etc.).
  • Disassembly of a subassembly of parts (disassembled, disassembled in pieces), removal of the markings affixed by the seller to the SH parts or damage to seals.

For products that fulfil the conditions of the warranty following checks carried out by Land Rover Yard team mechanics and possibly its suppliers in the case of external suppliers, the money will be returned at the customer's discretion, either by transfer to the bank account indicated on the warranty form or by reimbursement by courier.

In the case of "cash on courier" refund orders by courier company, it is obligatory that the part is sent with the option "Check parcel" and the cost of transport is borne entirely by the courier company. If this is not respected, we reserve the right to refuse the parcel. Prior to sending the parcel back as a refund, the guarantee / parcel return form must be sent to garantii@lryard.ro.

The warranty covers the purchased part, NOT the cost of labour or materials used to assemble / disassemble the part / parts or other ancillary costs or towing on the platform.

  1. Copyright

By reading the information in this section or by accessing the site, users agree to the "Copyright" policy which states:

  • It is forbidden to process the information on the site without disclosing the source from which it was taken.
  • It is forbidden to trade, modify, take and present in a digital or physical medium, or to appropriate the right of use for any of the elements on the page without the written consent of the company or its legal representatives.
  • It is forbidden to use inappropriate, defamatory language against the owner of the page and members of the Land Rover Yard Group.

In the event of infringement of "Copyright", users acknowledge that they may be held legally liable, bearing all the costs necessary for legal action and the penalties provided for by the Penal Code.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, respectively Law No. 190/2018 on the measures implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we specify that the data processed in order to access the website https://lryard.ro/ (e.g. IP address), as well as those provided for the billing and delivery of an order, are confidential and will be used exclusively for the purposes mentioned above.

  1. Force majeure

If it is discovered that damage has been done to the company's image through the use of the name, the information on the page or the image, an amicable settlement will be attempted. Failing this, the matter will be referred to the competent authorities and the damages will be borne in full by the person concerned.

We accept no responsibility for any cyber-attacks that use the company's name to harm users. We recommend that you do not provide your personal data to unauthorised persons or persons who do not provide proof of affiliation of any kind (employees) with the business entity and avoid transactions on pages other than https://lryard.ro/.

We are not responsible for potential errors that may occur as a result of unforeseen calamities or accidents such as ipsa of internet access, communication errors with the servers or those who manage the domain of the page.
